Head Chef - Daniel Groneberg
Daniel brings over 25 years experience in restaurants and Hotels from across the world to The Scenic Rim. Daniel was trained in the Black Forest in Germany’s south on the border between Switzerland and France before returning to Australia where he worked for the Hilton Hotel.
During his period at the Hilton he worked along side chefs from all corners of the world including David Thompson, Nancy Oaks, Chong Lieu, Herbert Fracischinni and many more.
Daniel loves the Scenic Rim for its fresh produce and community atmosphere. His food reflects the rustic and simple aspects of French country style cooking and he believes that fresh produce is the key to amazing food.
